We're a small charity based in York. We've been running arts and creative media learning and wellbeing projects since 1982.

The people who take part in our projects include disabled young people and adults, older people living with dementia and people with mental ill-health. We help them develop skills and confidence, make new friends and feel happy, connected and valued.
