Every personalised card or e-card you send will help support and increase the amazing amount of work Stonebridge City Farm do. The operation of the farm enables us to support over 140 volunteers on site each week, many of whom have a mental health challenge or a learning disability. We have a wide range of animals - large, small and cuddly, and have a great play area, café and shop. Our gardens are definitely worth a visit - where we grow seasonal vegetables and herbs.
