Every personalised card or e-card you send will help support and increase the amazing amount of work Young People and Children First do. Bridge for Young People provides accommodation and support to care leavers and homeless young people aged 16-25. We surround young people with support and offer a safe, comfortable home, bridging the gap from foster care to a successful move to independence. We have three lovely homes housing up to 10 young people and plans to open more accommodation to help more young people.
